This GOAT Edition tier list ranks chase priority after the GOAT XI Editions patch. The official page created a new ceiling — GOAT Edition cards make Limitbreakers look silly — but it did not print eleven names. Until the live Best XI roster is logged from the client, we rank rules, not a fake all-time FIFA starting 11.

S tier — GOAT Edition that you can start
S-tier is not “every historic name.” It is a GOAT Edition card whose chemistry preview goes up.
- Unlock path: the Best XI team only. Best XI guide.
- Fuel: redeem GOAT first. GOAT code.
- Detector: Odds menu so Auto Reveal does not skip the new border.
When a named Best XI list is stable, this table will list those cards by slot. Until then, slot + preview is the ranking.
A tier — Limitbreaker core
The Limitbreaker tier list still applies to everything below GOAT Edition:
- Beckham, Maldini, Courtois remain the named S-tier Limitbreaker chase from the console wave.
- Original Limitbreaker / Breakout pieces stay A-tier holds if they link.
Do not sell a linked Maldini because a YouTube title said Limitbreakers are dead. The patch raised the ceiling; it did not delete the floor.
B tier — Cup and Prime
Still the best reliable earned and bought spikes:
- Five cups → Cup Players. Cup Mode.
- Hourly 100+ Primes that keep nation/league lines. Hourly Shop.
- 99 captains if you have not finished one 2026 squad. Captains.

The patch text puts GOAT Edition above Limitbreakers. If a GOAT Edition card breaks your links, a linked console Limitbreaker can still be the better start.
Should I reroll a Limitbreaker for a GOAT Edition?
Only after you preview Squad OVR. Never reroll a linked Limitbreaker until the GOAT Edition card is in the eleven and the chemistry preview is higher.

No. It ranks chase rules for the GOAT Edition tier. Named cards will be added here when the in-game Best XI pool is documented from the live client.
