Limitbreaker Card Quests — Next Patch Preview (July 2026)

Everything we know about the upcoming Limitbreaker Card Quests patch in Build A Soccer Squad: expanded Breakout sets, quest chains, and how to prepare before launch.

Last updated:

Limitbreaker Card Quests are the next major content tease on the official Build A Soccer Squad roadmap — after the FUTURE code closed July 2026. Parts of the system already exist through Breakout sets and quest chains, but a full Card Quests expansion is expected in an upcoming patch. This page tracks what we know and how to prepare.

What developers have confirmed

Community trackers and the official Roblox description reference Limitbreaker Card Quests as upcoming endgame content. The Limitbreaker patch already shipped the foundation:

Already liveComing in expansion
10 Limitbreaker cards above normal OVRNew quest chains tied to each card tier
Breakout reward sets in Rewards tabExpanded Breakout milestones
LIMITBREAKER code (25+25)Possible new quest-only Limitbreaker unlocks
3 GB + 2 SB cards in the poolAdditional position-specific quest tracks
Console Limitbreakers (Beckham, Maldini, Courtois)Quest tracks for console chase cards

The gap between what is live and what is teased suggests the next patch will deepen quest progression rather than replace existing systems.

How Limitbreaker quests will likely work

Based on current Breakout sets and quest UI patterns:

  1. Open the quest list from the red button on the right side of the lobby.
  2. Complete Breakout milestones listed in the Rewards tab — see the Breakout rewards guide.
  3. Earn Rerolls and Refreshes from 2-hour and 8-hour quest timers.
  4. Spend fuel chasing Limitbreaker cards above Cup Players (105+ OVR).

The 2X Rewards event may return during bonus weekends — stack codes and quest payouts when [2X] appears on the Roblox listing.

How to prepare now

1. Redeem every active code

CodeReward
FUTURE50 Rerolls + 50 Refreshes
UNIVERSE50 Rerolls + 50 Refreshes
CONSOLE25 Rerolls + 15 Refreshes
LIMITBREAKER25 Rerolls + 25 Refreshes
DOUBLE20 Rerolls + 20 Refreshes

Full list: codes page. Total: 170 Rerolls and 160 Refreshes if all five still redeem on your account.

2. Complete your first Breakout set

Finish at least one Breakout collection before the expansion — it teaches the quest loop and unlocks elite payouts. Guide: Breakout rewards.

3. Push toward 93 OVR

Limitbreaker is endgame content. If you are below 93 OVR, prioritize chemistry, a 99 OVR captain, and Cup Mode entry first.

4. Run 8-hour quests overnight

Start every 8-hour timer before logging off. Enable Auto Reveal for faster rolling while timers complete passively.

5. Track your player index

Completing a full 2026 squad unlocks a 99 OVR captain — the strongest free card for quest prep.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Are Limitbreaker Card Quests live yet?

Partially. Breakout sets and Limitbreaker quest chains shipped with the July Limitbreaker update, but the developers have teased a dedicated Limitbreaker Card Quests expansion as the next major content drop after the FUTURE code weekend.

How do I prepare for Limitbreaker quests?

Redeem all five active codes (170 Rerolls + 160 Refreshes total), complete existing Breakout sets, stack Rerolls from 8-hour quests, and push your squad to 93+ OVR for Cup Mode fuel.

What rewards will Limitbreaker quests give?

Expect Rerolls, Refreshes, coins, and progress toward Limitbreaker cards that exceed the normal OVR ceiling. Exact payouts will update when the patch ships.

Will this replace ranked mode?

Unlikely. Ranked 1v1 is still teased separately. Limitbreaker Card Quests focus on collection and endgame card progression.
